Hypnosis for Public Speaking Confidence

You can prepare a presentation well and still dread the moment you stand up to speak. Maybe you worry about your voice, losing your place, or how the room will react. We'll focus on the response you want to practice in the speaking situations that matter to you.
Goals we can discuss
Your goal might be speaking up in a meeting, introducing yourself to a group, giving a work presentation, or speaking at a personal event. We can explore the worry beforehand, perfectionism, and how you handle a pause or a mistake. The aim is a workable approach to the moment, not a promise that the nerves will disappear.
How sessions can fit your goals
We start with a realistic picture of the event and the parts you find hardest. Then we use guided hypnosis and imagery to rehearse your preparation, your opening moments, and a way back to your message after an interruption. Preparing and knowing your subject remain your work outside the session.
Questions before you book
Do I need a speech already written?
No, but a specific example helps. Bring the type of audience, the purpose of the talk, and one moment you'd like to handle differently.
Can this help with speaking in meetings?
That can be a useful goal. We might focus on offering one point, asking a question, or letting a normal pause happen without treating it as failure.
What if social fear affects much of my life?
If fear is intense, persistent, or limits daily life, please seek assessment from a qualified mental health professional. Hypnosis doesn't replace that treatment.
Plan your visit
Hypnosis appointments are in person at 4000 Portage Street, Suite 106, Kalamazoo, MI 49001. Allow at least two hours. Your free 30-minute consultation can be by phone or in person. We'll use the consultation to understand your goals so I can prepare a proposed plan and quote. A phone consultation lets us talk about your audience, the occasion, and what you want to handle differently before you plan a visit.
